Bread. One of the oldest and most basic sources of food. In years past, anyone could - and did - create this basic food source to provide sustenance to their family and community.
Sadly, in this modern era, breadmaking has gone from something personal and hands-on to something incredibly impersonal and hands off. Bread is something on a grocery list; purchased from a store, produced in a factory, touched by no human hand, using ingredients you can't pronounce. But bread doesn't have to be like this.
In this session, participants will be shown how to create a simple loaf of bread at home using basic ingredients their grandmothers would recognize.

NATE SCOTT: Nate Scott is a professional graphic artist and amateur culinary craftsman. He has been experimenting with breadmaking since baking his first loaf at Wheatland's Traditional Arts Festival in 2006.
It was wondering if I could use this write-up on my other website, I will link it back to your website though.Great Thanks. fbtutorials.wikidot.com
