In this class, you'll learn to make a simple, scrumptious meal that works well as an easy weeknight meal for families and couples, or an impressive dinner party feast.

• Fresh Walnut Apple Salad with Homemade Cranberry Vinaigrette
• Creamy Mashed Brown Sugar Sweet Potatoes with Thyme
• Orange-Herb Roasted Chicken
• Rustic Strawberry, Pear and Apple Tarts

Let's pull up a chair, pour a glass of wine and enjoy this delicious meal together once it's done!

Everyone will have a chance to be hands-on in the cooking, so please bring an apron.

Cooking quick healthy dishes saves time, and you are eating healthy, as well. You can add jerk seasoning to your healthy food to make it taste a little better, but make sure that you don't add too much seasoning.
